Oprah Christmas Video - Her Charity Work In Africa

I found this fantastic Oprah Winfrey Christmas tribute video titled "Happy Christmas- Oprah In Africa" online. This video clip features Oprah in Africa during the Christmas season of 2002 where she gave the children much needed gifts and as a part of her Christmas Kindness Project.

Oprah is still working hard to help children in Africa and America who need help,but unfortunately she is shutting down her Oprah's Angel Network and the charity organization is no longer accepting donations. If you would like to help a underprivileged child consider visiting the World Vision website and sponsoring a child or making a one time donation.

Marie Osmond On The Oprah Winfrey Show - November 11, 2010

Marie Osmond appeared on today's Oprah Winfrey Show, where she talked about her son's death. Marie's son Michael committed suicide on February 26, 2010. Michael had attempted suicide once before while Marie Osmond was a contestant on the show "Dancing With The Stars." Michael had been receiving treatment at a rehab facility at the time of the attempted suicide and promised he would never attempt suicide again.

Osmond was was overcome with emotion while singing a song as a tribute to her son at the end of the show. Marie Osmond's new CD  I Can Do This was released this week and Oprah announced today that 100% percent of the album sale proceeds will be donated to the Children's Miracle Network charity.

I found some great photos of Oprah Winfrey with some of her favorite celebrities at the 2010 "Live Your Best Life Walk" event which took place on May 9th. Oprah's friends and fans celebrated the 10th anniversary of "O Magazine" in the heart of New York City. Jennifer Hudson, Mary J. Blige, Dr. Oz and Suze Orman were all caught on camera during the event.

Oprah's eBay Auction! - March 1 - 11, 2010 - Oprah's Great Closet Clean-out

Oprah is de-cluttering her closets this March and donating much of her wardrobe to help Oprah's all girl school in Africa "The Oprah Winfrey Leadership Academy." 

O Magazine March Issue

The theme of the March 2010 issue of O Magazine is "De-Clutter Your Life!" and in the magazine Oprah talks about her "Great Closet Clean-out."

After going through her wardrobe with O Magazine creative director, Adam Glassman,  Oprah ended up with over 150 items she was willing to auction off on eBay. You'll find tops, bottoms, hand bags, and most of all plenty of stylish shoes listed in Oprah's eBay charity auction. 

Auction Begins Today

The bidding only started about two hours ago and already the bids on many items has reached the hundreds, and even thousands. I can only imagine how high the bidding will rise in the days to come. So it looks like if you want to own one of Oprah Winfrey's hand me downs your going to have to have quite a bit of extra cash around.
