Oprah Winfrey's Lifetime Achievement Award

I was browsing through some older Oprah Winfrey video clips when I stumbled upon the video of Oprah receiving "The Lifetime Achievement Award" in 1998.

Her acceptance speech is phenomenal and now in 2010 with her show set to end soon she continues along the same path, asking herself what can she do to help people live a better life.

It's amazing that after all of these years she still has her partner Stedman Graham and best friend Gayle King by her side. It's obvious that Oprah is a friend for life!

Jessica Simpson On The Oprah Show - The Price Of Beauty

Jessica Simpson appeared on today's Wednesday, March 3, 2010 "Beauty Around The World" Oprah Winfrey Show. Jessica sat down for a revealing interview about how she feels about her ex-boyfriend "John Mayer's" recent Playboy interview betrayal and her "weight" scandals including the "mom jeans" tabloid attacks. 

After gaining 10 pounds Jessica Simpson's weight was scrutinized by the media for a year. The "mom jeans" photo was plastered all over the Internet and it turns out that she was a small "size 4" in the so called "fat" photo.

Jessica Simpson has since learned that beauty is not the same in every culture, and has been traveling the world to learn what's beautiful to others in her new show "The Price Of Beauty."

The Price Of Beauty Series

In the new "The Price Of Beauty" reality series Jessica and her two best friends Cacee Cobb and Ken Paves travel to seven different nations to see how far women go when it comes to beauty.

The series took Jessica to India, Morocco, Japan, Paris, and more. You can watch Jessica Simpson's series "Price Of Beauty" on March 15, 2010 at 10/9c on VH1.

Roger Ebert - The Oprah Winfrey Interview

Roger Ebert used his computer voice technology to answer Oprah's interview questions on today's Oprah Show.

Despite his having to deal with cancer which led to the removal of his lower jaw, leaving him unable to speak, he is happy with his life today.

Roger Ebert continues to work as a film critic and even gave Oprah his Oscar predictions. He told Oprah that he will not be undergoing reconstructive surgery on his jaw because he is happy and productive and he doesn't feel the need to do so.

His positive attitude is very inspiring and he has some great things to say about being comfortable with the way you look.
