I don't think that too many celebrities have this much of a problem with people not being able to spell their name. If you have trouble remembering how to spell Oprah just think of Oprah's "Harpo" Studios.
Harpo is Oprah spelled backwards and is much easier to remember how to spell Harpo then Oprah.
