"O Magazine" editor "Gayle King" appeared on CNN's Larry King Live show this week to discuss Susan Klebold's essay which has been featured in this month's O Magazine issue.
Susan Klebod is the mother of "Columbine" killer Dylan Klebod who was part of the 1999 High School massacre which left 12 students and one teacher dead, and two dozen people wounded.
"Dylan Klebod" and "Eric Harris" killed themselves as well that day, leaving many questions unanswered. Since the horrific event in 1999 Susan Klebod has declined to be interviewed but has written about her feelings for the first time in the hopes of helping those with suicidal loved ones.
I recently read the "O Magazine" essay by "Susan Klebod" and found it to be both interesting and enlightening. Society often blames the parents of murderers as though they are responsible for their child's actions. But perhaps it's much more complex than many of us would believe it to be.
