In the first three quarters of the Oprah interview with Michael Jackson at the Neverland Ranch we get a peek inside Michael's beautiful house, here of his deep sadness over his tough childhood and his hatred for the way he looks.
In the last segment of the interview Michael shares his musical side and even performs the moonwalk for Oprah. Oprah puts Michael Jackson on the spot asking him to sing a song, Michael shines brilliantly as he shows off his musical talent.

Remembering Michael Jackson - Memorial T-Shirt and Hits DVD:

I so enjoyed the entire interview. I remember seeing some of it, but seeing it again just confirms what I felt in my heart for Michael for the last 40 years. I have watched him and his brothers and sisters grow up..I actually grew up with them. I can really say that I "knew" him. The intimate details and feelings of his heart..I knew. (I know this sounds crazy)..but I really knew. Not only did Michael not touch any of those children...BUT He NEVER would. The reason..because he so appreciated being able to connect with them to find the true essence of what being a child and having a childhood was like. Michael was a person of love that wanted to love the world. If the world could love just a fraction from their hearts as Michael have done..it would be rid of hunger, sexual abuse, hatred, greed, anger, lies, jealousy and any other ills that it is plagued of. Our world and so many hundreds of thousands of people have been touched by the love through him. The reaction of Presidents, Governments, Kings, and Queens is a testament of the kind of impact and imprint he has had on the world. Where there is love....unfortunately there is hatred. It is no wonder that hatred rose up to crucify him..I wish that I could have known him in this life in the physical. I feel exactly the way he does about loving people, animals, & hating the things that plague the world...especially loving so deeply. He trasnferred it to his art. Michael felt EVERYTHING..and truth be told..he really died of a broken heart.

Hi Rhonda,
This was one of my favorite interviews ever as well. I never forgot about this Michael Jackson interview after seeing it years ago.
I think you might be right about Michael dying of a broken heart, it's very sad.

Rhonda,
You have just said exactly how i feel, The man was so wonderfully kind, and caring that i knew he was innocent and stuck by him all the way. I argued at work with idiots that would tease me and call me nieve for defending him, but i didn't care, because i love him, and you stick by the people you love. He had such an impact on my childhood. He was like my best friend, I listened to every word he sung, and the tones in his voice, I just adore him even now. No one around me can beleive just how traumatised i am, no one realised how deeply i loved him, they just thought i was a michael jackson fan, without realising what it actually means to be a fan. Its like ive lost a father or brother, i cry whenever i think of him. I will miss him always. x I love you Michael and all his fans too x Keep him alive with music x

Jopay,
You can search for the video on You Tube, but they keep getting taken down for copyright violation. I wish that Oprah would just offer the video for sale in the Oprah Store or free to watch on Oprah.com, it's the least she could do for Michael Jackson fans.

I am baffeled why this video has been removed considering their are plenty of other utube interviews with Michael Jackson. And the King of Pop has died tragically a beautiful spirit.Yes the child molestation charges really hit home with Oprah.I love Michael and am extemely upset by his passing the circus that surrounds it makes one ill.I also love Oprah,I really respect her and if it was not for her the exposure of the puppy mills would not have been a concern.Oprah has a lot of pull with the public..any way,I AM ANNOYED SHE HAS NOT SAID ONE WORD ABOUT MICHAELS PASSING! iS BECAUSE SHE THINKS HE IS A CHILD MOLESTOR OR DID SHE FINALLY REALIZE THAT THESE KIDS WERE MANIPULATED BY THEIR PARENTS! No other child has come forward, and than their is the tapes of the father of the son stating he was going to bring MJ down to the point of never selling another record.what is it Oprah the Queen of Talk has nothing to say?
