Michael J. Fox Shares His Story On Oprah - March 31, 2009

Actor Michael J. Fox was a guest on today's, March 31, 2009 Oprah Winfrey Show. 47 year-old Fox was born in Alberta Canada and landed his first acting role in 1979 at the age of 15. He left Canada and moved to Los Angeles at the age of 18 to pursue his dream of an acting career. He rose to stardom in 1982 after being cast in the role of Alex Keaton on the TV series "Family Ties."

He married actress Tracey Pollan who played his "Family Ties" girlfriend in 1988, the couple has now been married for 20 years and have 4 children together.

Micheal J. Fox was diagnosed with Parkinson's disease in 1991 and went public with the illness in 1998 after his symptoms began interfering with his acting work on the show "Spin City."

Michael J. Fox talks about his life including his amazing Hollywood love story in his recent book "Always Looking Up: The Adventures of an Incurable Optimist."

In true optimistic fashion Micheal J. Fox wrote in his book Always Looking Up "that for everything this disease has taken, something with greater value has been given. "If I hadn't faced this, I don't know that I'd have the family that I have now," he says. "I don't know that I'd be doing the things that I'd be doing now. I don't know that I'd be writing. I don't know that I'd be traveling."

Micheal J. Fox will be appearing in the documentary "Adventures of an Incurable Optimist" on May 7, 2009 10/9pm Central on ABC. He is truly an incredible person with an amazing outlook on life. Oprah Winfrey's visit to the Yearning For Zion Polygamist Ranch was definitely an interesting one. In her usual relaxed interview style she managed to get some open and honest answers out of members but you could tell that a few of her questions on marriage and sexuality were not appreciated. Still the polygamist ranch members welcomed her in and unlike the rest of the world they don't know who Oprah is since they do not own televisions.

Oprah Visits The Texas Polygamist Ranch - March 30, 2009

Oprah Winfrey has already dedicated her show to the topic of the Texas Polygamist Ranch after reporter Lisa Ling visited the compound.

But Oprah decided that she wanted to see the Yearning for Zion Polygamist Ranch for herself. So one year after the raid she sits down with members to find out how they feel about everything from clothing and hairstyles to marriage and brainwashing.

Justin Timberlake On Oprah's Live Friday Show - March 27, 2009

Justin Timberlake joined Oprah and her Friday Crew in this week's episode of "Oprah Fridays Live In Chicago." The 28-year-old singer is in a serious relationship with actress Jessica Biel but put engagement rumors to rest saying that he is not engaged and joked that if Jessica is engaged she's in trouble. Jessica Biel, 27,  starred alongside Edward Norton in one of my all time favorite movies The Illusionist and is working on two new movies, "Nailed." and "Planet 51" in 2009.

Justin Timberlake has become as famous for his sense of humor as he is for his music and has appeared several times on Saturday Night Live. On today's Oprah Winfrey Show they ran a clip of his recent Saturday Night Live skit with Beyonce Knowles in which he portrayed a back up dancer wearing tights and heels. Justin shared his latest passion for fashion when he gave a behind the scenes tour of his fashion line. GQ magazine named Justin Timberlake as the "Most Stylish Man In America on February 17, 2009."

According to the Oprah.com message boards Friday panel member "Ali" went a little too far (again) when she decided to roll around on the floor with Justin Timberlake. Thankfully I'd already turned off the television set so I didn't have to see her in action. I love Oprah's Live Friday's but Ali needs to tone it down (it's not the Ali show) so viewers can enjoy the show.
